A superb opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a leading law firm in Dublin.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a Tier 1 corporate team in a firm which prioritizes mentorship and support. The Role
The Corporate team provides expert advice to a varied client base, including both local and international entities. Key areas of advisory work encompass:
* Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
* Capital Markets
* Private Equity and Venture Capital
* Governance and Advisory for Public Companies
* Corporate Reorganisations
* General Corporate and Company Law
The Person
* Qualified Solicitor with 1 to 6 years PQE in a large, medium, or boutique corporate law firm
* Strong team and collaborative skills
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
