Cloud Collaboration Specialist
This role is responsible for managing and securing Microsoft 365 services, ensuring effective collaboration across the organisation while maximizing the usage and benefits of cloud productivity tools. The successful candidate will serve as both a technical expert and service facilitator, integrating daily operations with strategic planning.
Responsibilities include Tenant Management: overseeing the administration of Microsoft 365 tenants; Microsoft Teams Administration: configuring settings, managing channels, guest access, policies, and app integrations; Troubleshooting and Support: providing Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365-related issues; Training and Documentation: developing user guides, conducting training sessions, and documenting procedures for internal staff; Staying Current: keeping up to date with Microsoft 365 roadmap, new features, updates, and best practices; Disaster Recovery and Backup: ensuring that appropriate backup strategies are in place for Microsoft 365 data and services; Monitoring and Reporting: utilizing Microsoft 365 reporting tools and dashboards to monitor usage, security events, and system health; Change Management: planning and executing upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments in a structured manner; and Entra Administration: managing user accounts, groups, and licenses in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
