This role will suit a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who is eager to contribute to a professional environment delivering high-quality administrative and member support services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support including document preparation, record keeping, minute taking, and presentation development.Coordinate meetings (internal and external), manage calendars, and assist with event organisation.Engage with members via phone, email, and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.Draft, edit, and proofread a wide range of documents including correspondence, reports, and submissions.Maintain and update case databases with a strong focus on tracking deadlines and compliance.Liaise with external stakeholders such as legal representatives and public bodies.Support reception duties as required.Carry out general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.Key RequirementsA third-level qualification and/or relevant administrative experience - coming from a professional service background.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.High level of accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and Adobe Acrobat.Flexible and adaptable with a proactive mindset.
