Your Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic sourcing of products and global procurement to ensure optimal cost savings and supplier relationships.
* Negotiating pricing, deals, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the best possible outcomes.
* Identifying, evaluating, and capitalizing on opportunities to reduce sourcing costs, expand product offerings, and create additional value for our customer base.
* Conducting regular market and spend analysis to drive cost savings and supplier improvements.
* Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
* Partnering with internal stakeholders to develop business strategies and maximize opportunities.
* Managing tender enquiries and negotiations of contracts to achieve desired outcomes.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

* A qualification or relevant industry experience, preferably in supply chain or sourcing.
* A proven track record of supplier evaluation, negotiation, and selection.
* Strong organizational and administration skills.
* The ability to absorb technical information about products.
* Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
* Good computer skills (MS Office), SAP ERP experience highly desirable.
* A flexible and proactive attitude with an ability to think strategically.
* The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to work as part of a team and meet agreed time scales and deadlines.
