Contract Manager Job Description
Leading the provision of soft services is a prominent real estate services firm with a significant presence in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effective management of staff, operation, and maintenance of other services through contract management.
* Line management of a contract team and indirectly relevant subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensuring contracts are staffed by competent teams and arrangements are in place for effective succession planning.
* Leadership, guidance, advice, coaching, and direct support for best practice selection, training, assessment, and recognition/reward.
* Delivering effective business communication through reviewing, leadership, and direct contribution to management and team meetings.
* Correspondence, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting, and other publications to keep stakeholders informed.
* Reporting any issues that may impact the building and facilities immediately and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closing out of tickets and jobs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Relevant experience in Facilities Management to lead a team effectively.
* Achieving business goals with a focus on excellence and passion for challenges.
* Developing strong customer relationships by listening to and satisfying customer needs.
* Establishing clear, measurable goals, taking ownership of responsibilities, and commitments to those goals, and moving others to responsibility for their goals.
* Excellent judgement, decision-making, and influencing skills, particularly in complex and high-pressure situations.
* Comfortable with and embracing new technologies and digital tools.
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
