Treasury Systems Manager
We are partnering with a multinational services group who are looking to hire a Treasury Systems Manager. This role will be central in driving process improvements projects and solutions, while also offering support to core system matters.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional who is looking to apply their expertise in a high-impact role focusing on modernising the treasury systems within a multinational company.
What you'll be doing:
* Oversee treasury process improvements and coordinate system updates and improvements.
* Provide support for payment and statement-related issues within treasury systems while providing support troubleshooting and resolving issues with systems.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Enhance policies and procedures to support growth within a robust control environment.
* Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of all financial data.
* Mentor and develop treasury team members, fostering professional growth.
* Build and maintain strong external relationships with all stakeholders including banking partners.
What you'll need:
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Technical experience with TMS, in-depth knowledge of XML payments and statements and a strong understanding of banking systems.
* Proven ability to lead the lead the transformation within the treasury function, working both independently and collaboratively while also building relationships with stakeholders.
