Youth Support Worker – Mainstream Service
We are seeking a Youth Support Worker to join our team in a mainstream service for young people aged 12-17 years.
About the Role
* As a Youth Support Worker, you will be working as part of our team to deliver individualized day-to-day activities in the residential service.
* You will collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, developing and implementing plans tailored to the needs of young people.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support and guidance to young people aged 12-17 years.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
* Develop and implement plans tailored to the needs of young people.
Requirements
* A Level 7 or 8 qualification in Applied Social Studies or a similar field.
* Experience working within a mainstream service.
* Full driving license and access to own transport.
