Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Sous Chef, for one of our well-established clients in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
A pivotal role supporting the Head Chef, as the Sous Chef you will oversee the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring that dishes meet quality standards and are produced efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of 2+ years Sous Chef experience essential for this role.
2. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
5. Full-time position with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
6. Competitive Salary of between €45,000 – €55,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications.
