Requirements:
Over 40 years experience as a commercial manager in Ireland, preferably with a civils or groundworks contractor.
Strong understanding of civil-engineering works such as drainage, utilities, concrete works, and site development.
Excellent knowledge of contract administration, pricing, and Public Works Contract (PW-C).
Strong IT skills, including Excel and industry-standard QS software.
Full clean driving license and right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
