At EY, we are helping organisations transform, to continually improve the way they do business to enable them to be at the forefront of their market.We are currently looking for talented Senior Consultants who are seeking a challenge and who are highly competent in developing and deploying AI solutions, to join our team and build on continued success on a global scale.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAI solution designDesigning, building, deploying and/or managing AI solutions using industry leading approaches across technologies such as Python, Git, SQL and other relevant technologiesEngaging with clients at all levels across the organisation both business & technology functionsNurturing long-term trusted advisor relationshipsTraining and managing junior staff and client staff, including quality assurance of client deliverablesSensitively responding to client requirements and providing subject matter expertiseA pragmatic adaptable problem solver that embraces the challenge of defining innovative solutions to unique problemsDedicated, quick learner that continuously builds capability in own skill set and can master key technical, functional and professional skills.Proficient in: written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills,Interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skillsComfortable researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologiesKey RequirementsAs a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or related fieldsMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience in delivery of AI design, build, deployment or managementProficiency or certification in Microsoft Office tools, as well as relevant technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, Jupiter Notebook, Spark, Azure Cloud, Git, Docker and/or any other relevant technologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex projects and deliver actionable insightsExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasivelyFluency in English is mandatory.
