Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in our retail store. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas of the store — including sales floors, restrooms, break rooms, and storage areas — are clean, organized, and presentable for customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor surfaces in the store.
* Maintain our coffee dock station
* Dust and wipe down shelves, displays, counters, and fixtures.
* Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
* Empty trash cans and replace liners in all areas.
* Clean employee break rooms, including tables, chairs, and appliances.
* Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed.
* Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
* Report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to management.
* Use cleaning equipment safely and maintain in good working order.
* Perform deep cleaning duties periodically (e.g., carpet cleaning, window washing).
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not required).
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good time management skills.
* Physically fit and able to lift up to [insert weight] lbs and be on feet for long periods.
