Production Operatives – Naas, Co. Kildare
Flexsource is currently recruiting multiple Production Operatives for our client based in Naas, Co. Kildare. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, global company within the agri-food sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out facility operations including loading/unloading trucks, filling and reclaiming grain ground piles, and general grain handling (up to 20kg bags)
2. Perform basic maintenance and operator care of production equipment to ensure smooth operations
3. Receive incoming goods, verify documentation against shipment records, and check for damages
4. Ensure safe and efficient storage of products in the warehouse, minimizing damage
5. Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, palletizers, stretch-film wrappers, labelers, and conveyors
6. Complete housekeeping duties and general warehouse maintenance
7. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
8. Previous warehouse or production experience is essential
9. Ability to perform physical duties including bending, lifting (up to 20kg), and kneeling
10. Good level of English (verbal and written)
11. Basic computer skills
12. Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor environments (heat, cold, dust, noise) while wearing PPE
Shift Pattern
13. Rotating shifts: one week of days, one week of evenings
Days: 6:00am – 2:00pmEvenings: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Pay & Benefits
14. €14.15 per hour + 20% shift allowance = €16.98 per hour
15. 25 days annual leave
