Job Description
This position plays a pivotal part in setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly and ensuring their stay is seamless and enjoyable.
* Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage, valet parking, and directions around the property
* Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
* Deliver exceptional service and hospitality, ensuring guests feel valued and well cared for
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Previous experience in a similar 3- or 4-star hotel environment
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Able to work well as part of a team and on own initiative
* Attention to detail and good time management skills
* Flexibility around working hours (weekends and holidays)
* A minimum 12 months' valid working permit
