Location: Wexford Town Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary:DOE Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of clients across a range of industries. Prepare and review personal and corporate tax returns. Provide accounting, taxation, and general business advisory services. Deliver client assignments accurately and within agreed deadlines. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and support. Mentor and support junior team members, assisting with workload planning and development. Identify opportunities to add value and support clients in achieving their business objectives. Assist with a variety of ad hoc consultancy and advisory projects. What Were Looking For Experience & Qualifications Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent). Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience within an accountancy practice. Strong working knowledge of Irish taxation. Experience managing a client portfolio. Agricultural accounts experience would be a distinct advantage. Full eligibility to work in Ireland. Skills & Attributes Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Confident dealing directly with clients and providing practical business advice. Hands-on approach with a proactive and outgoing personality. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong organisational and time management skills.
