Administrative Assistant



* 35 hours per week, immediate start
* Temporary position – initial 3 month contract.



Job Responsibilities:



* Compliance management and invoice verification
* Return rejected invoices to vendors by post and email
* Matching invoices to purchase orders; investigate and communicate with buyers and vendors
* Data entry and data management, record management
* Updating files - contracts, staff files
* General clerical work e.g., filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls
* Maintaining confidential records in a thorough and organized manner
* Processing client information at the highest level of discretion



Requirements:



* 2 years' administration or clerical experience
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages and efficient in data entry
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
