4-month Contract - Immediate start! | Dublin City Centre Office (Hybrid) | €18 p/h
Our client, a large multinational financial services firm based in Dublin City Centre, is seeking to add a Customer Advocacy Executive to their team for a 4-month contract, with potential extension depending on performance.
The Role:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls for servicing customer loan accounts.
* Maintain and update system records after each customer interaction.
* Coordinate with internal departments to expedite required information.
* Perform general loan administration tasks, such as issuing mortgage and redemption statements, and manual lettering as needed.
* Work within established SLA's.
* Manage customer complaints to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in financial services is required.
* Willingness to study QFA exams or hold an APA qualification.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking skills.
