Global Delivery Hub – Principal Business Processes Consultant – SAP Finance AI
To support our premium customers through their S/4HANA transformation journey, we are looking for experts with different skills to ensure smooth and successful service delivery outcomes and safeguard critical projects.
What You Bring
Verified project level experience in implementing S/4HANA Finance (e.g., conversion, new implementation, selective data transition)
Verified experience delivering as an Architect in S/4HANA Transformation projects
Experience building scenarios using SAP AI technologies and BTP services
Experience deploying and building new AI Agents in SAP Finance areas
Experience with multiple FSCM modules of S/4HANA
Experience with Central Finance module of S/4HANA
Experience with Group Reporting and one or more of the following:
Additional experience with any SAP FICO or FSCM modules
Experience with implementing SAP DRC
Experience with ABAP or at minimum debugging skills
Former or current SAP IMS/Development experience
Graduated with an Honours Degree in IT/Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline
Excellent customer focus, teamwork and communication skills (oral/written)
Fluent in written and spoken English
Valid work permit for EU
What You’ll Build
Work closely with large global customers as part of Global Delivery Hub teams focused on Premium Engagement – MaxSuccess service delivery program
Lead AI Discovery, Strategy and Innovation workshops
Drive AI/Innovation PoCs to showcase new Finance AI capabilities
Architect new Finance AI scenarios and prototype them using SAP Integrated Toolchain (e.g., Signavio, LeanIX, Walkme, BTP)
Lead architecture transformation services for critical global clients and transformation programs
Drive complex SAP transformation programs as Solution Architect on dedicated services or entire implementation projects
Resolve go‑live/production-down issues and ensure quality assurance for key design decisions
Validate/build customer application architectures and solve design/build challenges
Align internally with SAP product teams on roadmaps to guide customers during implementation/upgrade cycles
Advise customers on best practices to avoid unnecessary enhancements/customizations
Mentor new team members or conduct trainings for the team
Work on strategic projects and support Sales in positioning new Max Success service portfolio
Apply programming and debugging skills as needed
