Conduct regular range reviews using best-practice category management principles, informed by market research, consumer insights, retailer feedback, and supplier innovation. Drive collaboration across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Store Design, HR, Supply Chain, Suppliers, and Retailers, to ensure full engagement and execution of the category strategy. Develop seasonal supply plans that anticipate demand peaks and troughs, ensuring availability and operational efficiency. Partner with Sales and Marketing to boost customer loyalty, enhance the shopper experience, and maximise category performance.
