Job Opportunity:
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the Maintenance Department's resources to ensure equipment reliability, compliance with safety and quality standards.
The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers and technicians, with key responsibilities including:
* Ensuring maintenance, reliability, and spare parts management for production equipment on site.
* Managing department budgets and inventory control for maintenance spare parts.
* Developing and executing a preventive maintenance strategy based on Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), and other industry standards.
* Maintaining expertise in CMMS (SAP) as a subject matter expert for the site's system.
* Planning, scheduling, and providing training and coaching to team members in TPM, Planned Maintenance & Root Cause Analysis processes while maintaining efficiency at the highest possible level at the lowest possible cost consistent with prescribed quality standards.
* Managing vendors and consultants to ensure that contracts contain appropriate technical specifications and are delivered as required.
* Authorizing, reviewing, revising, or approving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
* Ensuring timely completion of Compliance records for the Maintenance Department.
* Delivering year-over-year 4% productivity savings.
* Contributing to site OEE ambition and delivery plans.
* Overseeing Asset Replacement strategy.
* Sponsoring appropriate capital projects.
* Adhering to all Quality Compliance standards (Data Integrity, QA, and QC, etc.) and QMS policy and regulatory requirements.
