Responsibilities:
* Take full responsibility for your section and ensure it runs efficiently.
* Prepare and present dishes consistently to high standards.
* Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with kitchen operations and daily prep.
* Train and support junior chefs and commis in your section.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
* Contribute to menu ideas, specials, and seasonal dishes.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
2. Minimum 2-year chef training or culinary qualification.
3. Strong knowledge and passion for food, presentation, and standards.
4. Excellent understanding of HACCP and food hygiene.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
7. Reliable, motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
8. Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to service excellence.
