Asset Manager
Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for investors, consultants and other stakeholders including financial information, operations and variance analysis.
* Calculate and review various performance returns.
* Support and coordinate cash distributions on behalf of clients including Capital Calls and Distributions to investors.
* Prepare, review, analyze and interpret accounting records, financial statements, footnotes or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards for audit reports.
* Cash flow management and forecasting including monitoring of asset-level debt and related covenants.
Requirements
* Big 4 and/or relevant industry experience.
* Experience working with Aircraft Leasing platforms is a requirement, while experience working with Closed End Funds, Private Equity would be a plus.
