Clerical Officers| Bray | 6-12 Month Contract
Staffline Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients nationwide. We are currently seeking to recruit Clerical Officers on a 6-12 month contract basis for our client in Bray, Co. Wicklow.
Key areas of responsibility:
* Handling incoming calls and transferring to appropriate staff members
* Undertaking general office administration tasks such as system administration, query handling and clerical tasks
* Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases
* Maintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage information
* Assist in locating and compiling data for papers / reports as required
* Compile reports, papers, proposals, letters, memos or charts using Word, Excel, PowerPoint as required
* General support to business managers as and when required
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm | 35 hours per week
Rate of Pay: €16.50 - €17.00 per hour
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in a similar administrative role
* Excellent IT skills including MS Office Suite
* Strong customer support experience with an excellent telephone manner
* Experience of handling correspondence and handling sensitive and confidential data
* Excellent attention to detail with good analytic skills
