We are seeking a diligent Accounts Assistant to play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of our organization.


Main Responsibilities:

* Reconcile Bank Statements
* Audit Petty Cash Transactions
* Process Staff Expenses
* Produce Monthly Journals
* Perform month-end routines
* Configure Bank Payments for Sales Receipts
* Verify and Reconcile PA and RSF Payments
* Generate Weekly Executive Reports and Trends Analysis
* Prioritize Information for Year-End Audit
