This role offers broad exposure across regulatory compliance, financial crime, and governance within a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReview global marketing materials in line with applicable regulatory requirementsPrepare and support regulatory filingsConduct market abuse monitoring and surveillancePerform compliance monitoring and testing activitiesMaintain and update the Compliance Manual, policies, and proceduresDeliver compliance training across the businessProvide Code of Ethics support, including personal account dealing and gifts & entertainment administration (via compliance systems)Prepare management information and compliance reportingSupport compliance onboarding for new employeesRespond to compliance-related queries from across the businessParticipate in global regulatory change initiatives and implementation projectsSupport financial crime compliance frameworks, including AML and sanctions controlsProvide compliance support relating to the firm's Ireland-regulated entity, including requirements overseen by the Central Bank of IrelandLeverage compliance technology and newly implemented tools to enhance efficiency within the Compliance functionExperience & Qualifications3–5 years' experience in Asset Management ComplianceStrong understanding of investment funds; exposure to credit markets is beneficialSolid knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks, including AIFMD, UCITS, and MiFIDUniversity degree required; professional qualification preferredComfortable using compliance technology platforms and data tools, with an interest in automation and AI-enabled solutionsHighly organised, analytical, and detail-orientedSelf-motivated team player able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environmentExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
