Hotel Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced hotel environment to deliver exceptional guest service.
* Manage, train, and develop staff to set clear objectives and monitor performance.
* Ensure weekly payroll and rosters align with the department's operational needs.
* Provide a constant management presence Front of House and offer support to colleagues as needed.
* Collaborate with the management team for smooth departmental operations.
Requirements:
* Minimum two years' experience in a Management/Assistant Management role in the hotel business.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to continually improve standards.
* Proven ability to develop and implement high standards.
