We are seeking positive and motivated individuals to join our Service team. Specifically, we wish to appoint an Aftersales Manager / Service Manager at our Bray site.

The role involves managing a multi-franchise workshop and parts department, ensuring high customer care standards, leading and developing the team, and maximizing department performance and profitability.
Role Responsibilities
1. Manage a busy multi-franchise workshop and parts department, setting the highest customer care standards.
2. Provide guidance, training, and appraisals to team members to foster a positive, forward-thinking culture.
3. Enhance customer satisfaction through personalized service experiences.
4. Monitor and improve department performance against budgets.
5. Analyze local market data to identify new opportunities.
6. Determine staffing needs to meet customer and financial objectives.
7. Prepare departmental forecasts and reports efficiently.
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience as a main franchise Aftersales Manager.
* A customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Innovative mindset willing to explore new performance strategies.
* Strong leadership ability to train, coach, and motivate the team.
* Valid full Driving Licence.
* Hands-on approach and flexibility.
