Through our unique combination of household heroes and energy assets, we're at the heart of the energy transition in Ireland, strengthening the country's energy security and helping customers get ready for a net zero future.We're looking for a proactive and detail-orientedEnergy Efficiency Administratorto support our Energy Efficiency team within the Services & Solutions department. This is a key role supporting the Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme (EEOS), working closely with the SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland), our Quality Assurance team, partner companies, and third-party vendors.This role is a12 month fixedterm contract. There will be an expectation to be office based 2 days a week in eitherDublinorCork.About the role:Manage and track SEAI paperwork and audit documentationCoordinate vendor onboarding and process paymentsLiaise with QA and arrange site visits for compliance and audit purposesMaintain accurate records on SharePointSupport team reporting and KPI trackingAssist with project delivery and regulatory submissionsWhat we're looking for:Experience in admin or energy-related sectorsClerical speed and accuracyPrevious experience of working with 3rd party contractorsStrong data analysis and reporting skillsGreat communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to prioritise, work under pressure, and spot process improvementsPassion for delivering high-quality serviceWhy should you apply?We're not a perfect place – but we're a people place.
