The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects achieve compliance with Building Regulations and fire safety standards while supporting quality assurance throughout design, construction, and project completion stages.You will work closely with clients, design teams, contractors, and specialist consultants, contributing technical expertise across both mechanical and electrical building services systems while supporting project certification and compliance processes.This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving construction quality, improving project delivery standards, and contributing to technically challenging and high-profile developments.Key ResponsibilitiesReview designs for compliance with the building regulations and fire safety standards and FSC compliance, report design non-compliances and risks, workshop with design team to develop most suitable design solution for client requirementsReview fire safety strategies, fire engineering designs, and compliance documentationReview installations relating to fire safety on site for compliance with Building Regulations and project specifications.
