Job Title: Team Leader Role
As a key member of our operations team, this role involves managing and guiding colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the management of administrative tasks to optimize store performance.
• Support the site manager in driving sales and meeting sales targets through effective leadership and communication skills.
• Motivate the team by setting achievable goals and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Ensure the store operates according to company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements:
