Role Summary:
As an
Area Sales Executive
, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales nationwide.
You will work closely with builders, contractors, plumbing merchants, and end-users to promote our products and services.
This role combines field-based sales activity with strategic account management and new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
Identify and target new business opportunities within the plumbing and heating sector.
Conduct site visits, provide product demonstrations, and deliver tailored sales solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to support business strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and logistics, to ensure excellent customer service.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' proven sales experience, ideally in plumbing, heating, construction, or a related technical sector.
Strong understanding of plumbing and heating products and systems (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Full clean driving licence (company vehicle provided).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
