Main ResponsibilitiesAre you passionate about building key relationships and driving growth? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and lead member acquisition, retention, and engagement across Ireland's medical and dental segments.In this role, you'll represent our brand at events, conferences, and outreach activities, while developing strong connections with healthcare professionals, universities, and key stakeholders. You'll combine market insight with proactive engagement via phone, email, and face-to-face, to strengthen brand awareness and deliver on our growth objectives.As a Business Development Manager, you'll:Drive member acquisition and retention through targeted business development plans.Build and manage a sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying opportunities.Represent the organisation at events and conferences, ensuring impactful delivery.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proposals and solutions that meet member needs.Monitor performance and provide actionable insights to maximise ROI.Act as a trusted advisor, supporting members throughout their careers.We're looking for:Proven experience in a telephony or face-to-face sales role with a proven track record.Strong understanding of sales and commercial principles.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Full, clean driving licence.Experience in event delivery and development processes.Understanding of the Dental healthcare environment (Desirable)We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel you do not match 100% of the technical requirements.
