Senior Leadership Opportunity
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the strategic direction and operational management of a large childcare service.
* Leadership & Management: Provide strong leadership and clear guidance to staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment that promotes collaboration and high standards.
* Supervise, motivate, and appraise a large team of childcare professionals.
* Evaluate and improve consistency of practice across all rooms and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance & Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality frameworks, including the Child Care Act 2016 and the Tusla Quality Framework.
* Curriculum & Programme Delivery: Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children and families.
* Administration & Operations: Manage administrative and financial aspects of the service, including attendance records, fee management, funding claims, and staff rosters.
