We are recruiting a Legal Assistant for a leading law firm with a strong reputation in Immigration and International law.
The team advises individuals and businesses on a wide range of matters including visas, citizenship, employment permits, and global mobility.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Legal Assistant fluent in English to join their busy Dublin office.
Role Overview
You will support Solicitors, Legal Executive and Caseworkers in preparing and processing immigration applications, including visas, naturalisation, and employment permits.
As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and compassionate client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and legal support to the Immigration team
* Prepare applications for visas, citizenship, employment permits, and family reunification
* Communicate with clients, government bodies, and third parties
* Maintain case files and ensure confidentiality and data compliance
* Assist with deadlines, correspondence, and legal research
* Support a collaborative and professional office environment
Candidate Requirements
* Fluent in English necessary
* Experience in a legal or administrative role, preferably in immigration law
* Familiarity with Irish immigration processes (visas, FBR, naturalisation, etc.)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
* A client-focused, proactive, and culturally sensitive approach
