We currently have an opportunity for a personable and enthusiastic qualified Solicitor to join our Litigation Team. The successful candidate will be supporting the relevant Partner.
About the Role
We are seeking an
ambitious and dynamic Litigation Solicitor
with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional looking for a challenge and career progression in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will primarily manage
summary debt collection proceedings
for several large clients, focusing on the
High Court
, and also handling matters in the
Circuit and District Courts
. In addition to litigation, you will provide
commercial advisory services
to a diverse client base.
Key duties and responsibilities
* Manage debt recovery litigation across High Court, Circuit Court, and District Court.
* Draft and file proceedings, liaise with Counsel, and attend hearings as required.
* Negotiate settlements and provide strategic advice on enforcement options.
* Act as the main point of contact for large clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
* Advise on commercial contracts and related legal issues.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with
2+ years PQE
.
* Strong litigation experience, particularly in debt recovery.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
* Commercial awareness and ability to provide practical business-focused advice.
* Ambitious, proactive, and eager to take on challenging work.
