With a growing pipeline of complex projects, the company continues to expand by hiring an additional operators to meet demand.

With a track record of successful civils works, education, community, recreation & leisure, restoration & heritage, private housing and commercial projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a Digger Operator to join a progressive contractor.
Your new role
* Operating 360° excavators on a range of civil engineering and construction sites
* Carrying out groundwork support as required
* Working as part of a professional, fast‑paced site team
* Ensuring safe operation and adherence to site regulations
What you'll need to succeed
* Valid CSR/CPCS/NPORS card
* Proven experience operating diggers on active construction sites
* Strong work ethic and ability to work away from home
* Reliability and good communication skills
