We are seeking a
Senior Demand Generation Manager
to lead and optimise global demand capture campaigns.
This role is strongly focused on
owning campaign performance
,
clearly communicating results
, and
driving continuous improvement
through data-led optimisation recommendations.
The role sits within a highly collaborative, internationally distributed marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute
global demand generation campaigns
to meet lead generation and revenue targets
Partner with Growth Marketing, Sales, Content, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops to deliver
end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns
Define campaign strategies using a
test-and-learn approach
, including A/B testing across paid media, email, and web channels
Manage external agencies supporting content and design development
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, analyzing engagement, lead volume, and funnel conversion metrics
Translate performance data into
clear, actionable insights
to continuously improve results
Communicate strategy, performance updates, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and leadership
Required Experience & Skills
5–6 years of experience
in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
Strong, demonstrable experience
sharing campaign performance updates
with stakeholders and leadership.
Proven ability to
recommend and implement performance optimisations
that improve results.
Experience owning
lead and revenue targets
, including exposure to large-scale or €1M+ campaigns.
Hands-on experience managing
full campaign lifecycles
across paid media, email, and web channels.
Experience engaging with new customers
within the first ****** days
Proficiency in German
This opportunity is a 12-month contract, Hybrid from Dublin Office paying €71,000 per annum (pro rata).
