Duration: Permanent position with 3 years work on site
Location: Drogheda, Louth
Your new role as Quality Coordinator:
1. Monitor quality of works on site
2. Inspect sub-contractor works, as regards quality, safety and adherence to designs
3. Record inspections, and regularly report on on-site quality
4. Ensure works are BCAR compliant
5. Liaise with project teams, PMO, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure project is on-budget and on time
6. Promote a quality-first approach on site
7. Work closely with Quality Manager to improve company wide standards
What you'll need to be successful as Quality Coordinator
8. Previous experience as a Quality Engineer, Coordinator or Site Engineer
9. Strong Residential Construction experience
10. Knowledge of construction standards, quality standards and BCAR
11. Strong communication and ability to promote standards and culture
