Our client, a much-loved premium retail destination celebrated for its unique blend of fashion, beauty, and artisan food, is seeking a Fashion Retail Manager to lead the Fashion & Beauty department in their Co Wicklow Store.
About the Role
As Fashion Retail Manager, you will take ownership of the Fashion & Beauty floor, driving commercial performance while ensuring the store's visual and service standards reflect the brand's distinctive identity. You will inspire and lead a talented team, fostering a culture of enthusiasm, professionalism, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
* Manage stock control and merchandising to optimise sales and maintain product availability.
* Drive commercial results through effective analysis, planning, and execution.
* Uphold and enhance visual merchandising standards, ensuring a consistently premium presentation.
* Act as a brand ambassador, bringing creativity and passion to every aspect of the department.
* Support the implementation of seasonal launches, promotions, and events.
* Respond proactively to customer feedback, maintaining the highest service standards.
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 3 years' management experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail.
* Proven track record in leading successful teams and achieving commercial goals.
* Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
* Energetic, people-focused, and passionate about premium brands and customer engagement.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
* Commercially astute, analytical, and results-driven.
