Job Overview

As a seasoned administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and leading a team of administrators in a professional setting.

* Directly manage staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient workload distribution
* Implement effective systems to handle claims and queries within set service standards
* Oversee rosters, break allocation, holiday scheduling, and other administrative tasks
* Conduct regular performance reviews and escalate issues to senior management when necessary
* Perform various administrative duties as required


Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

* Proven experience in similar roles with strong leadership and administration skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to troubleshoot system issues
* Experience with HR functions is highly desirable
