This leadership role requires someone who can guide a capable team, apply best practices, and keep our growth engine running smoothly.Reporting to the Global VP of Marketing, you'll manage a team of 3 who handle day-to-day execution while you provide strategic guidance and expert input.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipManage and mentor a growth marketing team of 3Provide expert guidance on digital marketing best practices (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, nurture programs, website optimization, SEO)Support the team in improving campaign performance through coaching and strategic inputCampaign Oversight & OptimizationOversee execution of demand generation campaigns and ensure alignment with goalsGuide strategic decisions on targeting, messaging, creative, and budget allocationMonitor performance and provide clear direction on optimization prioritiesEnsure campaigns follow conversion best practices and B2B SaaS industry standardsEvent MarketingOversee sponsored event logistics including pre-event promotions, messaging, signage, and materialsCollaborate with partners on joint event initiativesEnable sales team and coordinate post-event follow-up campaignsPerformance & ReportingTrack KPIs and report on marketing performance to VP of MarketingMaintain accountability for generating high-quality pipeline from target ICP accountsAnalyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendationsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with sales, customer success, product, and other teams to support pipeline and revenue goalsManage relationships with external agencies or contractorsMaintain clear communication with stakeholders across global teamsRequirementsExperience5-10 years in B2B SaaS digital marketing and demand generation3-5 years managing and developing marketing teamsDeep expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads—you know what good looks like and can teach othersStrong experience with lead nurturing, marketing automation, and conversion optimizationTrack record of coaching teams to improve results and managing to pipeline goalsTechnical SkillsExpert knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads strategyAdvanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar)Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)Strong understanding of website optimization, landing pages, SEO, and CROExperience with marketing analytics, attribution, and A/B testingFamiliarity with sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo) and ABM platforms (6sense) a plusLeadership & Working StyleExperienced player-coach comfortable providing hands-on guidance without micromanagingStrategic thinker who can dive into tactical details when neededStrong coaching and communication skillsSelf-directed, adaptable, and comfortable stepping into existing systemsCollaborative team player with strong business acumenAvailable to work in our Ireland office 3 days per weekPreferredExperience marketing complex technical solutions with 6-12 month sales cyclesFamiliarity with pharma, manufacturing, construction, energy & utilities or regulated industriesExperience in interim or maternity cover roles
