We are seeking an experienced Construction Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team based at our Wexford Town head office.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
Oversee the procurement of subcontractors, materials, and services.
Monitor and report on project costs and financial performance.
Work closely with site teams and subcontractors to ensure project efficiency and resolve any issues.
Prepare, negotiate, and agree on final accounts.
Contribute to cost planning and value engineering during design and construction stages.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally with residential project experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Cubit Estimating Software (or similar).
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Full clean driving licence preferred but not essential.
