Job Title: Personal Assistant / Administrator to the CEO Location: Head Office, Limerick City (Occasional travel to CEO's nearby home office) Working Pattern: 4-5 days per week (on-site) Reporting To: CEO (with additional support to the Group CFO) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant / Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, with additional administrative support to our Group CFO, who is based full-time in our Limerick head office.
This is a key, trusted role within the business, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can manage competing priorities, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced building/construction environment.
The role will be primarily based on-site in our Limerick city head office, with occasional travel to the CEO's nearby home office as required.
Key Responsibilities CEO Support Provide full PA support to the CEO Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents Liase with Accounts & assist in preparing invoices and bank reconsiliations Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion Assist with personal and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required Group CFO & Head Office Support Provide administrative support to the Group CFO Assist with coordination of meetings, documentation, and follow-ups Support head office administration as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations General Administration Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical) Assist with office coordination and general administration tasks Support senior management with administrative tasks as required Liaise with suppliers, clients, and professional advisors where necessary Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator role Experience supporting senior leadership (CEO, Director, or CFO level) is essential Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion and professionalism Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office / Outlook / Teams) Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience in construction, engineering, or a similar sector is an advantage but not essential Personal Attributes Proactive, reliable, and highly organised Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Confident dealing with senior stakeholders Comfortable working on-site in a busy head office environment What We Offer A key role working closely with senior leadership A stable, well-established building company Flexible working pattern (4 or 5 days per week) Competitive salary, commensurate with experience On-site role based in Limerick city
