Job description
Restaurant Supervisor
Monday - Friday (some weekends involved)
€17 per hour
12-9pm
Requirements:
1. Fluent written and spoken English
2. Must reside in Ireland and have a right to work
3. Previous experience require in a similar role
4. Must lead by example
Responsibilities:
5. To manage the restaurant operations on a day-to-day basis working closely with restaurant manager, team leaders and team members
6. To oversee and support the overall guest experience
7. Maintain the highest standards across all areas of the business
8. Oversee stock and cash control, including till reconciliation
9. Deputise for the restaurant manager in their absence
10. Ensure training records are in place and all staff attend and adhere to standard operating procedures
11. Ensure there is a written record of all incidents or accidents and report to the restaurant manager
12. Promote a safety culture.
13. Relevant Daily and Weekly checks must be completed with the support of the team and restaurant manager.
14. Lead the day to day operations from a HACCP perspective.
