You'll be responsible for handling both new and existing business enquiries while delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring compliance at all stages of the process.
New Business Support: Advise clients on suitable insurance products for their car and home insurance.Handle new business enquiries and provide tailored quotations.Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate cover solutions.Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all client interactions.Work closely with other teams to achieve business goals and targets.What we are looking for: Experience: 12-18 months of experience handling car or home insurance enquiries for new or existing customers.Qualifications: APA qualified or working towards the qualification.
