We're partnering with a
leading experiential agency
with teams in Dublin, London, and San Francisco to hire a
Marketing Manager
who will own and run the agency's entire marketing function.
If you enjoy autonomy, variety, and the satisfaction of seeing a strategy come to life — this is your role.
What you'll be doing
* Review, refine, and implement a newly developed marketing strategy.
* Plan and run multi-channel B2B campaigns across the full funnel.
* Own HubSpot: reporting, analytics, workflows, measurement, optimisation.
* Drive consistent content creation — case studies, website updates, social, email.
* Work closely with internal teams worldwide to extract stories and insights.
* Manage external freelancers (designers, writers, SEO) and a defined budget.
* Support PR, awards submissions, and new-business materials.
What we're looking for
* 4+ years' experience in
B2B marketing
— agency background welcome but not essential.
* Strong analytical mindset: comfortable proving ROI and showing what's working.
* Confident using
HubSpot
as a core tool (reports, CRM, automation).
* Excellent project management and stakeholder skills — able to push (nicely) when needed.
* Self-starter who thrives in a standalone role with global reach.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, creative environment.
