Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of goods inwards, including receiving, checking and storing products.
* Monitor and manage return consignments, ensuring accurate processing.
* Recruit, hire, and train team members involved in fulfilment operations.
* Continuously monitor team performance and implement coaching and feedback strategies.

* Third level degree with proven experience in managing teams within a fulfilment, logistics, or warehouse environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
* High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
* Experience in recruitment, hiring, and training employees in an operations setting.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
