Role Description
This is a permanent full-time hybrid role for an Accounts Receivable Executive, based in Galway. The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing billing, collections, and payment processing. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, communicating with clients to ensure timely payments, addressing discrepancies, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve any payment-related issues.
Qualifications and Professional Experience
* 3–5 years' relevant industry experience in fast paced environments.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
* Ability to work cross functionally to enhance business processes.
* Effective collaborator with excellent communication skills.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment. 1 day a week in the office.
* Experience in a similar role and familiarity with NetSuite are advantageous.
* Audit / Compliance experience.
* Managing sales ledger for multiple legal entities across different geographical locations.
