Our golf travel division excels in arranging golf for domestic groups, inbound tours, and outbound golf holidays, all requiring exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Golf Travel Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will collaborate with our team to manage all aspects of clients’ golfing needs. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for golf, we would love to hear from you.
Areas of responsibility will include
* Work closely with the golf travel team to efficiently manage the detailed arrangements for all client types (society golf, golf breaks, inbound golf tours, and outbound golf holidays).
* Provide excellent customer service to all clients. Including communicating with them as required.
* Liaising with suppliers (golf clubs, hotels, transportation companies etc.) to ensure every aspect of a client’s trip runs smoothly.
* Assist with the creation of quotes based on client’s needs.
* Book every aspect of a client’s trip including golf, hotels, transport, and other related activities as required.
* Manage all payment requirements, including deposits, payment to suppliers etc.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments and transactions for each client.
* Use CRM systems to manage all leads and enquiries.
* Maintain a good relationship with both relevant suppliers and clients.
* Maintain and expand product/supplier knowledge to ensure clients receive the best experience possible.
Key Requirements
* Minimum of one years’ experience in a travel or hospitality role.
* Be a good organiser and have excellent attention to detail.
* Passionate about travel, tourism and customer service.
* Knowledge of golf is preferred but not essential.
* Have a strong positive work ethic, with a good attitude.
* Excellent customer service and phone manner.
* A problem-solver.
* Must have flexibility in working hours.
* Knowledge and experience with using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Candidates should be fluent in spoken and written English.
