Our client is seeking a people-focused Training & Development Coordinator to support and develop administrative teams across multiple sites. This role designs and delivers training, supports performance and helps ensure consistent, efficient administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Deliver effective onboarding and induction for new staff. Oversee the full probation process, providing regular feedback and support. Coach and guide admin teams to ensure consistent performance and adherence to standards. Maintain training records, competency tracking and updated training materials/SOPs. Identify training needs and implement solutions. Support the Administrative Operations Lead with workflow improvements and day-to-day operations. Monitor KPIs and ensure policies and procedures are followed. Deputise for the Administrative Operations Lead when required. Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience 4+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in healthcare or professional services. Experience designing and delivering training programmes. Strong background in staff coaching, supervision and performance support. Excellent understanding of administrative processes and systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with patient systems is an advantage. Full, clean driving licence (occasional travel required). Skills & Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt training to different learning styles. Proactive, organised and confident managing competing priorities. Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach. High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information. Positive, solutions-focused attitude.
