Role Overview
Reporting to the Project Manager, the
Site Manager
will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of all site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and labour on site.
Monitor project progress against the programme and report regularly to senior management.
Ensure Health & Safety procedures are implemented and maintained at all times.
Liaise with clients, design teams, and local authorities as required.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager role, ideally on residential or housing projects.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Proven track record delivering projects from groundworks through to handover.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, safety, and quality standards.
